Why Outlook calendars break on iPhone

Apple Calendar is strict about the ICS format. Microsoft 365 and Office 365 published feeds use Windows time-zone identifiers and quirks that make events appear at the wrong time or fail to import. CalConverter normalizes the feed to a clean ICS with proper VTIMEZONE blocks so Apple Calendar reads it correctly.

How to subscribe on iPhone & Mac

  1. 01

Get and convert your Outlook ICS link

Publish your calendar in Outlook on the web, copy the ICS link, and convert it with CalConverter to get an Apple-compatible URL.

  2. 02

    Add the subscription on iPhone

On iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the converted URL.

  3. 03

    Or add it on Mac

In Apple Calendar on Mac: File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the converted URL, and choose how often it refreshes.

Automatic updates

Once subscribed, your Apple devices refresh the feed on their own — on a Mac you can set the interval as low as every five minutes; on iPhone it happens automatically. CalConverter keeps the underlying feed fresh, so your Outlook events stay current across every Apple device.
